MUA Undress Me Too Palette: Review ☮

Hello everyone!

Recently in my "Face On a Budget" post I featured the Undress Me Too palette by MUA. Today I have a more in depth review for all you MUA fans. I purchased this product with the hope that it would be a cheaper alternative to the Naked 2 Palette from Urban Decay. This product retails at £4.00 compared to the £36 Urban Decay Palettes. This product has 12 eye shadows, and comes with a small sponge applicator. Some of the shadows included have a shimmer running through them, whilst others are more of a matte finish. The cream shades in this palette: Naked, Shy and Devotion create perfect eye bases for a neutral look. All of the shadows in this palette are easy to blend and are reasonably pigmented. The only disadvantage I have found is the lasting power of the shadows, I think with a decent eye primer these could prove to be excellent.

^ Swatches of Exposed, Fiery and Reveal (L to R)

I don't use the sponge applicators that are included in these palettes. I prefer to use my ELF or Front Cover brushes as they pick up more product and provide better application. My favourite shadows included are Obsessed (2nd row, 5th shadow), Exposed (2nd row, 2nd shadow) and Corrupt (Black). Overall I think this product is perfect for the price, and is great for an everyday wear. As for this being a similar to the Urban Decay Palette I reckon the colours are extremely similar but as I don't own the Naked 2 Palette I cannot compare the consistency and lasting power. I am still going to purchase the Urban Decay palette when I finally have the money!

I am hoping to try the Heaven and Earth Palette next, so you may see a review on that soon!

Have you tried this palette?
Thanks for reading! x

  1. I have this and find they work better with a brush. I really like and and it's so cheap as well. I think I got mine half price which made it even better value x

  2. Hi Lisa! Thanks for sharing, I personally want to try out the Naked palettes as well! And this palette looks like a decent dupe!
